Bio:
Naomi Gleit is the head of product at Meta. She leads the team building products and tools that work across its technologies, overseeing the growth of Facebook's core app, the product management organization, the team building products that empower people to do good, and the team working to keep people safe on and off Meta technologies. As one of Meta’s very first employees, Naomi has worked on nearly every major initiative at the company, including privacy, elections, and charitable giving tools. She was a founding member of the Growth team that helped Meta’s family of apps grow from 1 million people when she joined to over 3 billion today. Naomi graduated from Stanford with a degree in science, technology and society and wrote her senior thesis on Facebook. Originally from Brooklyn, she currently lives in New York City. Naomi is a 2023 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
