Bio:
Nimisha Srivastava, CAIA, leads WTW’s Investment business in North America, a 200+ colleague business providing investment advice and OCIO / discretionary management to asset owners. She is a member of the global leadership team which oversees $4.7T in AUA and $180B+ in outsourced solutions and is a member of the business’ Sustainability Governance Committee. Prior to this, Nimisha led global credit research for the business and also launched the firm’s leading DEI research taskforce. Her experiences span fixed income, research and institutional portfolio management, working at Universities Superannuation Scheme, one of the largest pension schemes in the UK, Segal Rogerscasey, KAUST Investment Management Company and Deutsche Bank. She has been a thought leader for WTW’s culture and diversity work within the asset management industry, and was recognized as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader by the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA) in 2022. Nimisha has authored several publications, served on several industry bodies engaging with asset owners, managers and regulators and is a frequent speaker on institutional investing. Nimisha graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in mathematical sciences and holds an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
