Daniel Rotman is the founder and CEO of PrettyLitter a leading pet wellness company whose mission is to safeguard the health of our feline companions. Through its health monitoring litter and premium food line, PrettyLitter is the world’s fastest growing feline pet company. PrettyLitter was named one of the nation's most disruptive pet brands by IAB, an Inc. Magazine Best Workplace, and Neilson’s Breakthrough Innovation Award winner. PrettyLitter was acquired by Mars Petcare, world’s largest pet company. Daniel is a 2022 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Regional Winner, a Harvard University Fellow in the Center for Public Leadership as well as a Fellow in Harvard's Carr Center for Human Rights. With a diverse and accomplished background, Daniel worked for the former U.S. Congressional Chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, founded a grassroots fundraising organization, and served as a chief development officer for a global nonprofit working side-by-side with the nation’s top philanthropists and investors. Daniel received his master’s degree from Harvard's School of Government with an emphasis on social entrepreneurship, and earned a dual Bachelor of Arts in political science and legal studies from UC Berkeley. Daniel is a 2024 Henry Crown Fellow within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
