In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Blockchain, Liana spearheaded operational strategies that grew the platform’s user base from 4 million to 40 million in just two years, driving Blockchain’s transformation into one of the most widely adopted digital finance platforms globally.
Liana has also served as Vice President of Marketing at Axiom, where she led global marketing initiatives that drove $300M in annual revenue and contributed to the company’s rapid growth across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions. She is known for her ability to create cohesive, high-impact brand experiences and is highly skilled in developing consumer-centric business strategies, building high-performing teams, and leveraging data to drive product innovation and customer engagement.
Liana has been recognized among Fast Company’s Queer 50 for three consecutive years and was named one of NY Observer’s Top 50 Philanthropists. Her work building disruptive companies across healthcare, finance, education and professional services has made her a sought-after speaker and advisor at conferences and forums, including DAVOS, Fortune Brainstorm, Websummit, HLTH, and others.
Liana’s career reflects her commitment to growth through inclusion, innovation, and community-centric strategies. Her impact spans industries, and her leadership continues to shape the future of digital health.
An avid supporter of social causes, Liana co-founded The Pink Agenda, a 501(c)(3) and sits on the boards of GLAAD and The Elizabeth Park Conservancy.
