Tracy currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Panthalassa, an ocean energy company building terawatt-scale platforms for AI computing and clean fuel production at sea.
She was previously the founder and CEO of Tradesy, a peer-to-peer resale marketplace with more than 7 million customers and billions in sales. Tradesy was acquired by Paris-based Vestiaire Collective, where Tracy then served as the CEO North America.
She is a member of YPO and sits on the board of the non-profit Spina Bifida Association. She also actively invests in, advises, and serves on the boards of startups in the Energy, E-commerce, and AI Healthcare sectors.
Tracy earned her BFA from the School of Visual Arts in 2001 and her MFA from Universidad de Guanajuato in 2005. She is part of the 2024 Class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute's Aspen Global Leadership Network.
