Helen Adeosun is the CEO and Founder of CareAcademy, one of the fastest growing care enablement platforms providing high-quality, state-approved training for home care and home health organizations. CareAcademy has upskilled over 700,000 caregivers and works with 2,500+ healthcare employers. CareAcademy has raised over $40M in funding and is celebrated as one of the fastest-growing platforms in its field.
Helen was named to Fortune’s 40 Under 40 in Healthcare in 2020 , recognized as one of Ten Outstanding Young Leaders by the Boston Chamber of Commerce in 2021, and honored with EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year New England Award. Additionally, she was featured in the Boston Globe’s inaugural Tech Power Players 50 in 2022. She serves on the boards of the Caregiver Action Network and the advisory board of Kisco Senior Living. Prior to CareAcademy, Helen served as Assistant Program Manager, SIOP with Boston Public Schools, where she managed the first cohort of the Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP) to over 300 teachers in 21 schools across Boston. Before this, she was Resident Assistant at Stand Up for Kids Boston. In this role, she managed the activities and home for 3-6 young adult residents transitioning from being unhoused to independent living. Previously, Helen was Community Development Projects Director with The New Organizing Institute and was a 2007 Teach for America Corps Member in Atlanta,GA. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame and obtained an EdM from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education.
