Charlotte “Cha Cha” McLean oversees the sourcing, nominations, new class selection, and onboarding processes for the Henry Crown Fellowship. Originally from the Boston area, Cha Cha graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern University in 2022 with a Bachelors in Health Science. She began her career in the medical field, conducting breast and ovarian cancer research at Massachusetts General Hospital and working in clinical fertility care. After several years in healthcare, she transitioned to the hospitality industry, spending the past year in Member Services at the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana. In 2024, Cha Cha joined the HCF team and now resides in New York City. An avid skier and runner, she has completed both the Chicago and New York City marathons.
