Charlotte “Cha Cha” McLean oversees the sourcing, nominations, new class selection, and onboarding processes for the Henry Crown Fellowship. Originally from the Boston area, Cha Cha graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern University in 2022 with a Bachelors in Health Science. After working in the medical field in Boston, she transitioned to the hospitality industry and spent the past year working for the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana in Member Services. Cha Cha, who currently resides in New York City, joined the HCF team in 2024. She loves skiing and running and is currently training for the Chicago marathon.
