Born in China and raised in New Zealand, she has worked globally for L'Oréal and Nestle. In 2012, she returned to China and established Little Oasis, China’s first family club, earning recognition as the "Most Influential Brand" by Tencent. Under her leadership, Little Oasis has grown to offer a diverse range of services, including kindergartens, family cafes, playgrounds, and community spaces, while also engaging in retail, publishing, and cultural projects. After exiting the business in 2022, Jennifer now focuses on social impact, research, and AI, particularly for marginalized groups.
