Ms. Jing Qian is the CEO of Morgan Stanley Securities (China), Morgan Stanley’s onshore securities business platform in China. Prior to her current role, she was the Managing Director and Co-head of China Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. With over 24 years of experience in the investment banking area, Ms. Qian has led several landmark capital market transactions and has been responsible for China's business expansion with international investment banks over the past few years. Before Morgan Stanley, Ms. Qian was the Co-head of China Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. She has also been with UBS and Credit Suisse in Hong Kong and Singapore. Ms. Qian received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with First Class Honors from National University of Singapore. Ms Jing is a Fellow of the 2024 Class of the Aspen Institute’s China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network
