Bio:
Scott Cassidy has served as the President of FG Air at Madison Industries’ Filtration Group, a global leader in filtration manufacturing, since February 2025. Previously, he was the President of Reelcraft Industries, another Madison Industries portfolio company, since 2021. Under his leadership, Reelcraft achieved significant revenue growth & margin expansion, driven by his focus on commercial strategy and a strong company culture. He restructured the leadership team, built world-class talent development programs, and transformed the go-to-market business systems. Prior to Madison, Scott held management roles of increasing responsibility at Parker Hannifin and Navistar. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Scott began his career as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army's 101st Airborne Division from 2005 to 2011, earning a Bronze Star and three Purple Hearts for service in combat. Scott and his wife Jamie live in the Chicago suburbs with their four children and enjoy volunteering in their school & community.
