First Name:
Robin
Last Name:
Arzón
Title and Organization:
Head Instructor and VP of Fitness Programming, Peloton
Bio:
Robin Arzón is Vice President of Fitness Programming and Head Instructor at Peloton. Formerly a corporate lawyer, Arzón pivoted from a successful law career to lead a multi-hyphenate life of passion and purpose. Robin is now a 27x marathon and ultra-marathon runner, Good Morning America contributor, MasterClass instructor, 2x New York Times bestselling author, and founder of the Swagger Society media company. Robin discovered her passion for running after a traumatic experience in a New York City bar. Finding strength through putting on a pair of running shoes led to her penning her New York Times bestselling book, Shut Up and Run. Now, as the VP of Fitness Programming and Head Instructor at Peloton, Robin leads the future of fitness and technology, inspiring millions to embrace movement as a source of power. Robin aims to live an uncommon life, and mental strength is her foundation. Her Masterclass, keynote speeches, contributions to Good Morning America, and Swagger Society media company reinforce her message of empowerment and relentless growth. Robin’s books, Strong Mama and Strong Baby, as well as her journal, Welcome, Hustler, highlight her belief in self-care and lifelong growth. A proud Latina, Robin infuses her heritage into everything she does—from her bilingual Bebé Fuerte toy line to her influence in fashion and her signature swagger. Robin’s powerful influence has been widely recognized: she was named one of Fortune Magazine’s 40 Under 40, received Glamour’s first “Daring to Disrupt” Award, and was recently honored as one of TIME Magazine’s Latino Leaders. With her story of resilience and reinvention, Robin continues to inspire others to lean into their edges, shatter their own limits, and live fully in their purpose. Robin resides in New York City with her husband Drew and their children, Athena Amelia and Atlas Sage.
