Bio:
EB Kelly is a senior managing director at Tishman Speyer and the head of Rockefeller Center. EB leads the redevelopment of the center and manages day-to-day operations, including leasing, asset management, placemaking, and the operating businesses - Rainbow Room, the Skating Rink, and Top of the Rock.  She also leads Tishman Speyer’s Global Customer Partnerships team and the ZO tenant amenity platform. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, EB was the special projects coordinator for the New York City Mayor’s Office of Capital Project Development under Mayor Mike Bloomberg and Deputy Mayor Dan Doctoroff, where she managed implementation of priority development projects including the High Line, the Whitney Museum, and the Brooklyn Cultural District.  She also worked on the redevelopment of the World Trade Center site for the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation. EB is the chair of the board of the Governors Island Foundation, a member of the executive committee for the board of directors of New York City Tourism + Conventions, and a member of the board of the FDNY Foundation, the Trust for Governors Island, and the Jacobs Institute Steering Committee at Cornell Tech. She holds a BA from Yale University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
