Bio:
George Campbell is a veteran trial lawyer and bilingual business operator, focused on building a world-class ecosystem for business in South Carolina. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Spanish at Furman University and a law degree at the University of Georgia, George spent five years as a white-collar prosecutor in the Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, serving on the Joint Financial Crimes Task Force, where he prosecuted felony cases involving bank fraud, mail fraud, identity theft, securities fraud, computer crimes, counterfeit goods, extortion, and public corruption. After leaving the public sector, George took his legal experience into private equity, where he led the restructuring of multiple companies across diverse industries, including banking, energy, healthcare, and agriculture.
Over the last decade, George has combined his legal, finance, and operations experience to found Campbell Teague, a full-service law firm headquartered in Greenville. Campbell Teague has quickly become a premier firm, known for helping private companies achieve results in high-stakes litigation and complex transactions, both nationally and internationally.
George lives with his family in Greenville.
