Bio:
Jamie is the Chief Executive Officer of Beforepay Group, an Australian mission-driven digital lender, and Carrington Labs, the Group’s enterprise AI subsidiary. He joined the company as CEO in May 2021 and led it to an IPO in January 2022, profitability in 2023, and overseas expansion in 2024. Previously, he was the Chief Data Officer at Westpac Group in Australia, as well as the Chief Strategy Officer. Before that, he worked in a variety of roles across banking and financial services after beginning his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Slavic languages and literature from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University, and is based in Sydney, Australia.
