Title and Organization:
Martha Lange is the former program manager of the Henry Crown Fellowship, the Aspen Institute's flagship program for developing young leaders, a role she held from January 2000 until December 2017. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade in event planning and development, most recently as director of development for the Rehabilitation Institute at Santa Barbara, coordinating annual fund raising and endowment campaigns as well as public events for the hospital. She served as Executive Director of the Santa Barbara Oratorio Chorale, coordinating the activities of a 100 member choral group and musicians from the Santa Barbara Symphony, and has worked for the Cancer Foundation of Santa Barbara, the Therapeutic Riding Academy and St. Mary's Hospital in Humboldt County, CA. She also managed a private direct mail firm. Martha earned a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1992.
