Victor Reinoso is an Entrepreneur in Residence at LearnerStudio and an Executive Fellow at Georgetown University’s Thrive Center for Children, Families, and Communities—a joint initiative of Georgetown’s Hospital and its Schools of Medicine, Business, and Public Policy. He was most recently the Global Director of Education Philanthropy at Amazon, where he launched and scaled efforts that expanded student reach 20-fold. A seasoned entrepreneur and public leader, Victor has served as COO of Independent Sector, founder of Hopscotch Ventures, co-founder of Viska.Bio, Chair of Education and National Service Policy for Pete Buttigieg’s 2020 presidential campaign, and Deputy Mayor of Washington, D.C., where he led the mayor’s successful takeover of the city’s public schools. He is a member of Pahara and the Aspen Global Leaders Network, and a graduate of Georgetown University and MIT.
