Shuttling between Hong Kong, Shanghai, LA and New York, Bonnie Chan Woo is the CEO of Complex China, a partner of Complex Networks and a leading entertainment company with a foothold in major pop culture categories including streetwear and style, music, sneakers and sports, across Greater China. Complex China is part of a publicly listed marketing production company in Hong Kong, SV Vision, of which Bonnie is also the CEO.
Prior to that, Bonnie co-founded Studio SV with Grammy-winning hip-hop artist, Lupe Fiasco, to produce original content across TV, digital and films with a mission to foster cross-cultural dialogues. Recently, Bonnie and Lupe joined hands again to venture into Web 3.0 space with the launch of NFTs.
Outside of work, Bonnie actively contributes to the creative industry as Board Member of both Hong Kong Design Centre and ParaSite, a leading independent non-profit contemporary art organization in Asia in addition to her Chairperson role for the Vetting Committee of Hong Kong government's CreateSmart Initiative. Bonnie also serves on the Board of Ocean Park, a leading theme park in Hong Kong.
In 2018, Bonnie received the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award.
Bonnie earned her bachelor's and master's degree in politics, philosophy and economics from University of Oxford. Bonnie is a Fellow of Dao class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
