Emile Cubeisy is managing partner at Silicon Badia Global. Cubeisy is Managing Partner of Badia Impact Fund, investing seed, start-up and expansion capital in early and growth stage tech startups in MENA. Formerly, he was managing director of IV Holdings, an early stage venture capital firm dedicated to the development of Arab online and interactive ventures. He is director of Vezeeta, Eon Dental, and several other regional tech startups. Cubeisy is a member of the REACH Council, entrusted with establishing a national strategy for the development of Jordan's tech industry. In 2005, the World Economic Forum selected Cubeisy as a member of the Young Global Leaders. In 2003, Cubeisy served as director of the Jordan Education Initiative. In 2000, he served as director of initiatives at the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology, Jordan. He attended the University of Southern California, where majored in economics and political science. He is a Fellow of the third class of the Middle East Leadership Initiative of The Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
