Bio:
Jianqiong "Joan" Ren is a partner of Ample Harvest Investment Management Co. Ltd., where she is responsible for cultivating investment opportunities in the cultural and media arena, both inbound and outbound. Joan is also co-founder of China Cross-over Innovation Platform, a non-governmental institution with a vision to enhance cross-border collaboration and synergy among industries, companies, intellectuals and media. Before joining Ample Harvest, Joan worked for Shanghai General Motors in several capacities over a 10-year span, including marketing, branding and sales. Joan holds an MBA from Eberhardt School of Business, University of the Pacific in California and got her certificate of Fine and Decorative Arts from Christie's Education, an art school under Christie's auction house headquartered in London. Joan was awarded one of the "Top 10 Marketing Figures in China" in 2010 by NetEase. Joan is a Fellow of the second class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
