In response to the failures of and inequities experienced with PPP 1.0 for black- and brown-owned businesses and black- and brown-led nonprofits, a group of business leaders came together including myself and HCF 2006 Sonal Shah to create PPP Loan Direct.
PPP Loan Direct offers retail customers the ability to apply easily and directly to a SBA-approved loan processor through their website, https://ppploandirect.org/. This site provides FAQs, access to additional support if needed and a way for businesses and organizations to get their PPP COVID relief loan applications submitted and funded.
