Moving from Success to Significance
Developing the individual leader is at the core of the Fellowship. Each Fellow brings their views and experiences to the table and shares as they explore models of leadership, the good society, and their concepts of personal legacy. They debate in a confidential roundtable setting with an open heart and an open mind, hearing from other members of their Fellowship Class and becoming more proximate to varying viewpoints and journeys in the finance industry and in life. Across classes, the Finance Leaders Fellowship brings together high-integrity leaders who desire to positively impact the industry and society. The Fellows channel their expertise and vision for the good society through their finance related leadership ventures. Leveraging Fellows from other industries and global communities, Finance Fellows are members of the greater Aspen Global Leadership Network, which allows them to take action that requires multi-disciplinary expertise. Often, Fellows tap into the work of relevant policy programs at The Aspen Institute to advise their venture activity and to contribute expertise to the broader Institute mission. Moving beyond their day-to-day tasks, Fellows strive for enlightened leadership within the global finance community.
