Title and Organization:
Brianna Curran is the program manager for the Aspen Global Leadership Network, working to cultivate the AGLN's extensive Moderator Corps to facilitate dialogue among socially-minded entrepreneurs. Brianna recently graduated with an M.A. from Georgetown University with a degree in Conflict Resolution, focusing on mediation and dialogue facilitation, particularly in refugee and humanitarian crisis settings. During her undergraduate career at American University, Brianna spent a semester studying in Rabat, Morocco learning Arabic and volunteering teaching English. With her passion for enhancing women’s involvement in Middle Eastern peace processes, Brianna founded an organization called Half of Humanity, which is dedicated to sending culturally appropriate feminine hygiene products to women in Syrian refugee camps and field hospitals. Brianna has been recognized for her entrepreneurial and humanitarian efforts by the Center for Development and Strategy as one of their "30 Under 30" Leaders in Development and Sustainability.
