Bio:
Eduardo Briceño is the most booked keynote speaker and workshop facilitator on growth mindset and the Learning Zone, which he began working on in 2007 when he partnered with Stanford professor Carol Dweck and others. Their work has influenced and supported thousands of organizations in their advancement of learning-oriented cultures and systems. Eduardo’s TEDx and TED talks on growth mindset and improvement have been viewed over nine million times.
Eduardo’s book, The Performance Paradox: Turning the Power of Mindset into Action, will be published by Penguin Random House in September 2023. Prior to his current work, Eduardo was a principal at the Sprout Group, a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley, where he was part of the technology investment team and served on several for-profit and nonprofit boards. He grew up in Caracas, Venezuela. He holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA and M.A. in education from Stanford University. Most importantly, he continues to enjoy lifelong learning every day. He is a Fellow of the 23rd class of the Pahara - Aspen Education Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
