Dear AGLN Fellows,
On behalf of the Africa Leadership Initiative West Africa, please see the statement of support to the calls for reform in Nigeria.
Having witnessed what started out as a courageous and well-articulated movement (#EndSARS) by Nigerian youth who are now being attacked, we - as Fellows and as a country - are asking ourselves: how should such a social movement keep its momentum towards change? What is required of leadership, and how can we create a truly equitable society?
If you would like to help, please reach out to me via email: amaji@ali-wa.net
In solidarity and fellowship,
