The AGLN Collaboratory
The AGLN Collaboratory is a virtual space for participants to come together during Action Forum extended programming events.
Think of this as our central “Hub” where you can gather following sessions to reconnect with familiar faces, meet other Fellows for the first time, or discover new opportunities to collaborate. While we can’t transfer the magic of a serendipitous conversation walking across the Aspen Meadows campus into a virtual setting, we sure are going to try! You'll gather at virtual “tables” inside the virtual space, Remo. This is a great opportunity to meet-up with people that attended your session and make deeper connections.

If you’re ever feeling lost, visit one of the concierge desks on Floor 1. A staff member there can help direct you to the right place!
Check Your Tech
- Once you've registered for an event, ensure you've saved your spot on Remo via the link in your confirmation email. That link will also be added to the chat at the end of the Zoom session.
- If you've never been to the Collaboratory before, build your Remo profile to get ready to connect. Be sure to add your name, a profile photo, and your Fellowship/affiliation in your "headline" You can also link to your AGLN profile in the website section, so participants can connect with you on the website!
- Use a desktop computer or laptop (not a tablet or cell phone) with a camera
- Make sure your camera and mic are on by clicking on the icons at the bottom of your screen - your fellow participants want to see your face!
- Use the browser Chrome throughout the duration of the event to ensure access across session platforms
- Check your camera and mic here.
For our Fellows who may have difficulties accessing web platforms due to blocked firewalls or privacy and security concerns, we advise you to use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) before accessing Remo. Here are a few suggestions:
